I'll Undo What Time Has Done

It started out as a doodle and it grew to a little bit more than that, mostly because I'm lame. And I'm just about to tell you why....

For those of you who aren't familiar with Ludo or Broken Bride, it's a love story about a man who builds a time machine to save his wife from the day that she died in a car wreck. As most stories of this nature go, it wasn't quite *that* easy for anybody who thought that building the damn time machine would be the hardest part. SPOILER: It wasn't!

The guy never was given a name and was, instead, referred to as the traveller. This is what the traveller looks like in my head. Naturally he's looks like Andrew Volpe. But anyways, to me it's fairly obvious that he's got a few screws loose by the time that he gets the machine done (fifteen years later) which was kind of my favorite part. The things he says are so OFF sometimes, enough to make you go 'whoa' a little, but still be touched by his love somehow. And I'm not even WAY into love stories!!

I saw the time machine as being something that he would power by his own body, seeing that his obsession had passed the point of caring over his own well being. So now he gets space time continuum flowing through his veins! And so there you go.

They're actually re-releasing the album in stores in September at some point with some extra stuff and I'm such a sucker I am probably going to buy it just so I can have a hard copy too. And they're also on tour playing the whole thing live! NO I AM NOT A LUDO COMMERCIAL.
