What Are Friends For

I know its not october yet, much less even halloween (but at least I'm not drawing christmas pictures), but for the first time today it felt like summer was finally OVER (at least in the Dallas area). It wasn't steaming hot today outside where the sidewalk baked your feet, and the sun didn't wear you down to a puddle. There was a nice breeze, a hazy feeling in the air, and signs that my favorite time of the year was on its way.

Fall. Ahh, how I love thee. I love the cool temperatures (but not quite freezing your ass off) and everything about fall. The colours, everything. So in a way this is my way to celebrate. Plus, I came up with the idea and it seemed too cute to pass.

My thieves, Sheard, Joe and Wade making pumpkins that are making fun of each other. I'm hoping its easy to tell who's making fun of who. Sheard's such a meanie with the knife in Pumpkin Joe's head and all that.

Hahaha, so I had fun making it even though I tried yet a different way. Taking the things i learned in the previous picture of Joe, I tried keeping my solid black lines, though they're not quite as solid as usual. It took a lot of patience but I inked the entire thing in bloody Photoshop.
