Some character warmups I did for my other project. Was working on trying to give them different shapes. Seemed to managed a little.

From left to right:

Abner VanSlyck :: Hates his last name. Otherwise suffers from mysophobia and has obsessive compulsive behavior that make him come off as a rather weird dude. Mostly doesn't talk and really frets over the weird things like bodily fluids and them making contact with his skin. His phobia seems to be tied to a deeper psychological issue where he categorizes people as safe/unsafe. When they're safe he doesn't mind their touch. His ferret, Paradox (or otherwise known as ParaPara), is 'safe'. Most people can't understand why a ferret can give him moist kisses and he is okay but if a guy tries to shake his hand without his gloves on he tweaks out. In combat, Abner is a force to be reckoned with -- mostly long range, Abner is a good man to call on if you want something done quickly. He is the Jack of Clubs, which actually means something in my world.

Lamar Clapp :: An entertainer, Lamar thrives on attention and the spotlight. He has a quick tongue, but for as much as he can berate others he has a very self depreciating sense of humor. He has boundless energy and his movements are exaggerated and cheesy, but that is what he loves. He used to be a radio show DJ but has recently gotten promoted to having his own talk show on television. His voice is quick and sharp, with a heavy staccato.

Macsen Lander :: Stuffy professor. A highly intellectual man, Mack prefers the life behind the desk, researching, studying, inventing. He is only patient when it comes to his work and has amazingly steady hands, proving to be one of the best alchemists of his time. However his understanding of magic (though vast) is purely technical, which makes him a poor caster. He takes solace in alcohol and being generally grumpy at other people, and protective of the few he considers friends.
